The inspiration behind Nepali Delights
We were inspired by the flavours of home — the warmth of Kathmandu’s street stalls, the aroma of sizzling chowmein, and the comfort of momos shared with friends. Chelmsford didn’t really have that authentic Nepali street-food experience, so we saw a gap and decided to fill it with something heartfelt and genuine.
It’s not just about food; it’s about bringing a piece of Nepal to Essex, wrapped in Everest imagery, prayer-flag colours, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel they’ve discovered something special.
